Key Deliverables :
- Manage 150+ quarterly renewal transactions from quote to PO.
- Engage with global customers to ensure timely renewals.
- Log and track all interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
- Understand and communicate Flexera product support plans.
Role Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries within one business day.Handle objections and ensure renewal conversion.Meet service level and SLA expectations.Support EMEA or NA hours as required.Skills Required
