About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Dev Ops Tech Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure and CI / CD initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 8–12 years of experience in Dev Ops, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and infrastructure automation. You will lead a team of Dev Ops engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the Dev Ops team to ensure delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.

Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Drive end-to-end CI / CD pipeline implementation, automation, and monitoring.

Own the infrastructure as code (Ia C) strategy using tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Pulumi. Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or EKS / GKE / AKS.

Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

Work closely with application development teams to support deployment strategies and environment setup.

Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in cloud and Dev Ops processes.

Optimize cloud cost, performance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8–12 years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.

Proven experience in designing and managing CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or Argo CD.

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation. Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.

Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments. Familiarity with monitoring / logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.

Experience in leading Dev Ops or infrastructure teams in agile environments.

Desirable / Bonus Skills :

Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, Dev Sec Ops, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2).

Knowledge of serverless computing, service mesh, or observability stacks. Exposure to Git Ops methodologies.
