Job Description : 1. Responsible for Procurement of Toolings & Fixtures.

2. Localization of imported F&T items to save on delivery lead time, cost without compromising quality.

3. Development of alternate to material / sources for cost, quality & delivery improvement.

4. Project planing & execution.

5. Cost Saving through VAVE.

6. Analysis of Vendors Performance.

7. Maintain Min Max for Tooling, HST, GRD Weel, Fixture Spares etc. Update weekly min max sheet .

8. Sending schedule to supplier as per min max level & follow up for materials.

9. Floating RFQs for new requirements.

10. Negotiate & prepare PAR statements.

11. Release Pos & take approvals.

12. Follow-up with suppliers for DAP & its approvals.

13. Follow-up with suppliers

for on time meterial delivery

14. Co-ordinate with tooling & production team to conduct trials for alternate source / items.

15. Finalization of INCOTERMS for imported items.

16. Co-ordenate with Freight Forwrder & CHA for delivery of imported items.

17. Checklist apporval & duty payment. 18. Responsible to resolve import compliences.

18. Responsible complete P2P cycles of import & domestic suppliers.

19. Maintaining All Procurement Documents.

20. Internal costings for Toolings, fixture & spares.

21.Improvement in SAP system & working area.

Skills1. knowledge of Purchase Procedure.

2.Problem solving knowledge / Approach

3.Knowledge of MM module in SAP

4. Procurement knowledge of Tools, Fixtures, C-lass items.

5.Procurement knowledge of non standard material / service by internal costing
