Job Type : Full-Time

Job Timings : 04 : 00 AM to 01 : 00 PM

The Data Management & Lead Administration Specialist is a critical support function responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and structure of our core operational and sales data. This role involves meticulous lead processing, contact and company database management, location data mapping, and generating professional reports, ensuring our sales and operations teams have reliable information at all times.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and Account Processing

• Lead Allocation : Manage the accurate and timely allocation of incoming sales leads from diverse sources to the appropriate Sales Representatives, strictly adhering to company policy and internal performance metrics.
• System Check & Categorization : Verify lead information against internal systems (suppliers / clients) and categorize leads based on their purpose (e.G., supplier inquiry, new client, existing client query).
• Account Assignment : Ensure new contacts and companies, upon meeting minimum data requirements, are promptly and accurately assigned to the relevant Account Manager for follow-up.

2. Data Entry, Quality, and Enrichment

3. Database Integrity and Location Mapping

o Client warehouse and office addresses.

o Third-Party Logistics (3PL) facility locations.

o Supplier depot addresses.

o Ensure all entries are properly labeled, categorized, and up-to-date within the system.

4. Reporting and System Support

Required Skills and Experience

o Microsoft Excel : Advanced proficiency required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data filtering, conditional formatting).

o Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
