Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This pivotal role requires hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and / or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) implementations. You will be instrumental in leading technical design, developing custom solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, and supporting the full lifecycle of SailPoint engagements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ / IDN implementation(s) , ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
Lead and contribute to requirements gathering , technical design , and test case preparation activities , translating business needs into robust technical specifications.
Develop code and perform unit testing in line with established requirements and design, specifically for client-specific use cases and customizations.
Perform integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues , including proactive interactions with the technology vendor when needed to resolve complex problems.
Assist client(s) with the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) , guiding them through the validation process.
Support client(s) with readiness for deployment and actual deployment , followed by hypercare support post-production to ensure smooth transition and operation.
Enable knowledge transfer and handover to the client , empowering their teams for self-sufficiency.
Contribute to business development activities , such as working on business proposals, providing accurate effort estimates for new projects, and articulating solution capabilities.
Lead internal SailPoint IIQ / IDN training sessions and mentor campus graduates and junior members in the team, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
Adhere to and implement security best practices throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, ensuring robust and compliant IAM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

SailPoint Expertise : Proven hands-on experience (3 to 10 years) in designing, developing, and deploying solutions with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) .

Experience with SailPoint IIQ components such as workflows, rules, custom connectors, forms, certifications, and LCM processes.

For IDN / ISC, experience with custom integrations, automations, and understanding of its cloud-native architecture.

Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access governance, role management, and certification.

Programming Skills : Experience with Java for SailPoint IIQ customizations, or scripting languages relevant to IDN / ISC integrations.

Integration Knowledge : Familiarity with web services (REST / SOAP APIs), flat file feeds, and other integration methods for connecting SailPoint with target systems.

Database Knowledge : Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying in relation to SailPoint implementations.

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and mentor junior colleagues.
