Job description

Lab & Facility Management

Ensure labs are equipped with necessary facilities to deliver effective patient care.
Oversee selection and procurement of medical consumables and equipment.

Clinical & Diagnostic Support

Provide accurate radio-diagnosis support for patient medical care.

Conduct diagnostic procedures and generate timely, error-free reports.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure high-quality investigations and reporting by minimizing errors in procedures.

Comply with patient safety policies, hospital service quality processes, and environmental & occupational health standards.

Ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal systems.

Supervision & Training

Supervise nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff to maintain discipline and high standards of medical care.

Impart training and continuous education to subordinates.

Resource & Policy Management

Ensure optimal utilization of resources by self and team.

Maintain complete orientation and adherence to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.

Personal Attributes

Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Keep updated with latest research, development, and techniques in radiology.

Core Competencies :

Technical / Functional Competencies :

Conventional radiology, ultrasound (USG), CT, MRI, computer proficiency, strong domain knowledge
