Job Description :

The Fundraising Executive will drive Param’s corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives, focusing on CSR partnerships. The role involves researching prospects, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, developing CSR proposals, arranging meetings and building long-term corporate relationships. This is a dynamic, public-facing role suited for someone with strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to translate Param’s vision into compelling funding opportunities for corporations.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Prospecting & Outreach : Research and build a pipeline of potential CSR leads; initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and professional calls; qualify leads and set up meetings.

2) Proposal Development : Create and present tailored CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned with Schedule VII CSR areas.

3) Donor Engagement : Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads; prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes.

4) Corporate Volunteering : Design, promote, and coordinate volunteering opportunities for corporate employees at Param’s Experience Centres and community programs.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Development, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, fundraising, CSR partnerships, or corporate relations.
