About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Project Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of our events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating event timelines.
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Vendor & Client Management
Liaise with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and contracts.Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and deliverables.On-Site Event Execution
Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown.Ensure adherence to event schedules and handle last-minute changes effectively.Logistics & Operations
Oversee transportation, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements.Manage inventory of event materials and coordinate deliveries.Post-Event Activities
Prepare event reports and feedback summaries.Assist in invoicing and closing vendor payments.Required Skills & Competencies
