Senior Researcher - Artificial Intelligence Models

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to join our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will lead cutting-edge research and development of advanced AI algorithms and models, driving impactful solutions that push the boundaries of machine learning and AI applications across various Responsibilities :

• Conduct advanced research on AI, machine learning, and deep learning models to solve complex real-world problems.
• Design, develop, and optimize novel AI algorithms and architectures for improved performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Lead experimental design, data analysis, and model evaluation to validate research hypotheses and measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into deployable AI solutions.
• Publish high-quality research papers and contribute to scientific conferences, journals, and patent filings.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a knowledge-sharing culture within the AI research team.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related fields, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects.
• Work on AI model interpretability, fairness, and ethical considerations ensuring responsible AI & Skills :
• Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven track record of research in AI / ML with publications in reputable conferences / journals.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, etc.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud computing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex research insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders
