• Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and finalize financial statements.
• Manage audits, controls, and compliances for legal entities.
• Closed monthly books, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
• Generate monthly MIS & Reportings.
• Plan and manage budgets.
• Coordinate and support multiple teams & stakeholders.
• Support consolidated financial statement preparation of the Group.
• Manage teams and develop staff.
• Support Process excellence, ERP & Automations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

We need a qualified chartered accountant with 9 to 12 years of experience post qualification in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure. Experience in start-ups, working in technology enabled space is a plus. Ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams is necessary. Working alongside Big 4 audit firms for closing books of accounts / statutory audits is required. Excellent MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint) skills are needed. Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox), Experience of automation & transition of processes will be an added plus.
