Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, handling communications, and performing a variety of clerical tasks. The Personal Assistant will support executive team members in their day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal / external stakeholders

2. Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

3. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting briefs

4. Coordinate and follow up on key strategic initiatives and projects

5. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism

6. Facilitate smooth communication across departments and ensure alignment on MD directives

7. Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and communication on behalf of the MD

8. Organize and manage events, conferences, and board meetings

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Diary Management skills
  • Proficient Clerical skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
