HR Business Partner (Night Shift)
Location : Thane
Shift : Night Shift (US / UK Time Zone)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support night-shift operations and collaborate closely with business leaders and employees. The role focuses on employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and driving people initiatives in a fast-paced BPO / KPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement through regular connect sessions, activities, and pulse checks
- Conduct skip-level meetings and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) reviews to monitor employee sentiment and performance health
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and coach managers and employees to achieve defined goals
- Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and provide proactive HR guidance
- Handle employee grievances effectively, ensuring timely and fair resolution
- Support talent retention initiatives and internal mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate HR processes, documentation, and reports
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR GeneralistPrior experience in a BPO / KPO environment is mandatoryStrong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently during night shiftsComfortable collaborating with cross-cultural, global teamsSkills
