We’re building a modern, ritual-driven tea experience.
Now, we’re strengthening our D2C engine and are looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist who can help accelerate our website growth via Meta Ads, deliver measurable results, and scale a premium FMCG brand with clarity.
This is not a media-buyer role.
This is strategy → execution → optimization → scale.
Your Mission (Outcome-Driven)
Own the performance marketing growth engine for Hill Queen Tea.
Your north star : profitable, scalable D2C revenue through Meta ads.
You will build our paid growth system, optimize CAC, scale ROAS, sharpen our funnel, and bring predictable growth to our website.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Funnel Paid Acquisition
Plan and execute Meta Ads strategies
Build campaigns that drive conversions, purchases, and repeat behavior
Test and optimize audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies
2. Creative Strategy & Testing
Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging
Work with the design team to create high-performing ads
Lead UGC, product video, and lifestyle creative direction
3. D2C Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
Recommend landing page improvements (CRO, messaging, structure)
Set up event tracking, CAPI, GA4 pipelines & attribution
Build retargeting funnels and customer cohorts
4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Track CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, AOV, CTR, and CPS
Build weekly dashboards with action-driven insights
Conduct A / B testing across ads, audiences, and creatives
5. Growth Strategy & Scaling
Build structured scaling plans once initial campaigns validate
Identify high-intent audiences and profitable segments
Implement repeatable frameworks for scale
Suggest new channels once Meta & Google are stable
What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)
Experience & Expertise
3–7 years in performance marketing, managing large budgets
Proven history of scaling D2C brands profitably
Strong command over Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary)
Deep understanding of FMCG, lifestyle, wellness, or tea / beverages (preferred)
2. Technical & Analytical Strength
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, CAPI, GA4 & analytics tools
Ability to build structured A / B testing plans
Knows funnel math, CAC, payback windows, and retention loops
Data-first decision-maker — numbers drive your creative direction
3. Strategic Mindset
Can diagnose problems quickly and apply first-principle thinking
Experience managing high-budget campaigns for D2C
Strong awareness of category-level insights & consumer buying triggers
4. Execution Capability
Can build, launch, optimize & scale without handholding
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with speed & clarity
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in running campaigns for wellness, FMCG, or beverage brands
Familiarity with the WooCommerce ecosystem (CRO tools, apps, integrations)
Knowledge of WhatsApp Automations
Ability to direct or script UGC content
Compensation
Fixed monthly retainer- INR 7K
Performance incentives tied to ROAS, CAC, and revenue milestones
