- CA / CMA Qualified & Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Statistics .
Experience :
12–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Job Purpose :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making , process optimization , and digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical acumen, deep business understanding, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and manufacturing process improvement .
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Evaluate end-to-end business processes across production, procurement, logistics, quality, and finance to identify inefficiencies.Conduct root cause analysis and design actionable solutions to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.2. Data Management & Reporting
Gather, clean, and analyze data from ERP, MES, CRM , and other production systems.Develop and maintain dashboards / reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for management insights.Track and analyze KPIs such as OEE, production efficiency, inventory turnover, cost variance , and working capital utilization .3. Business Planning & Decision Support
Support annual operating plans (AOP) and budgeting through analytical inputs.Prepare business cases for CapEx, new product development , and cost optimization projects .Assist leadership with scenario analysis, forecasting , and profitability assessments .4. Digital Transformation & ERP Enhancement
Collaborate with IT and operations to improve ERP / MES utilization (SAP / Oracle).Participate in system upgrades, automation , and user training .Identify and implement digital tools for productivity improvement.5. Stakeholder Collaboration & MIS
Act as a bridge between plant operations, finance , and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.Prepare management presentations , dashboards, and MIS reports to support strategic decisions.Strong background in ERP systems , production analytics , and process improvement initiatives .Expertise in data analysis, business process mapping, and performance management .Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau , and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) .Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma , or process improvement methodologies (preferred).Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.Measurable process efficiency improvements (cycle time / cost reduction).Accuracy and timeliness of dashboards and analytical reports.Successful execution of process or digital transformation initiatives .Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of analytical insights.Apply now to be part of Patil Rail Infra Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad journey towards operational and digital excellence.
