- At least have Physical security role leading physical security programs and / or IT experience either in a call center setting or in a different industry
- A history of success in a global security role with a demonstrable impact on international operations.
- Deep understanding of global security concerns and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with a global team and a multinational clientele.
- Leadership experience in a multicultural and international context.
- Proficiency with technology and systems used in global security monitoring and incident management.
- Strong global strategic thinking, with an aptitude for analyzing international security trends and translating them into action.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
- Demonstrates understanding of how security supports Foundever' s strategy
- Call Center Experience of at least 10 months
