Job Description : Senior Associate CreditLocation : Remote – IndiaWorking Hours : Eastern Standard Time (US)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Credit to join our team and strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.Key Responsibilities- Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.- Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.- Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.- Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.- Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.- Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance)- 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.- Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.- Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.Additional Details- Work Environment : Fully remote, based in India.- Work Schedule : Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
