Description : Role Salesforce Developer.

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad (Hybrid).

Type : Permanent.

Shift time : 6 AM to 3 PM IST (Morning shift).

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with industry needs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builders.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations and data protection standards.
  • Manage and optimize care plans, patient timelines, and provider / patient communication within Health Cloud.
  • Work with Salesforce Admins and Architects to ensure consistent solution architecture and development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, conduct unit testing, and support UAT and production deployment.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including Health Cloud (required).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community / Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura / LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with Health Cloud-specific features : Care Plans, Health Timelines, Utilization Management, Provider / Patient Models.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data models (e.g., FHIR, HL7) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
