Job description

3–4 years of QA experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Module).).

Strong understanding of CRM entities, workflows, and business process flows.

Basic knowledge of Web API and plugin testing.

Experience testing JavaScript customizations in D365 forms.

Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Pages).

Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.

Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
