The QA Lead for Online & Offline initiatives will drive the quality assurance of our critical customer-facing platforms encompassing e-Commerce websites Order Management Systems (OMS) and integrated OmniSales solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless high-quality and consistent customer experience across all digital and physical sales channels.

Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies for e-Commerce platforms mobile applications OMS and omni-channel integrations.
- Lead testing efforts for new features promotional campaigns system enhancements and critical integrations (e.g. payment gateways inventory).
- Focus on user experience (UX) testing functional accuracy performance and security across various devices and browsers.
- Instruct product owners developers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust test cases.
- Oversee defect management risk assessment and provide sign-off for releases impacting OO capabilities.
- Promote best practices in web and mobile testing and contribute to the evolution of our OO QA framework.
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in computer science Marketing or a related field.
