Job description

This includes tasks like image creation, VM deployment, performance monitoring, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of the AVD infrastructure.

Addressing complex issues and performing root cause analysis for End User Computing problems.

Ensuring proper authentication and authorization for users accessing AVD resources.

Staying up-to-date with the latest security patches, software updates, and version upgrades for the AVD environment.

Utilizing Azure Update Manager to deploy updates to AVD hosts.

Creating, updating, and responding to monitors for the AVD environment to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Addressing incidents and performing system troubleshooting activities, potentially requiring escalated access privileges.

Understanding client needs and translating them into AVD solutions.

Designing and implementing AVD solutions that meet specific client requirements.

Deploying and configuring AVD environments in Azure.

Working with technologies like FSLogix for profile management and cloud storage.

Actively communicating with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction.

Identifying areas for improvement in AVD operations and implementing solutions to optimize performance and cost.
