Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand strategies.

Edit and post-process video footage to create engaging content.

Stay updated with video trends and techniques in social media marketing.

Monitor video performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.

Manage video projects from concept through to final delivery.

Collaborate with designers writers and social media specialists to enhance video content.

Required Skills :

Desired Candidate Profile : Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications Marketing or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements : Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire mentor and drive innovation within the team.
