Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for fintech clients.
- Translate client requirements into detailed implementation plans and configure solutions.
- Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Manage ETL processes (extract, transform, load) for financial data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multi-stakeholder projects.
- Document requirements, processes, and integrations thoroughly.
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of hands-on project management & fintech implementation experience.Strong SQL expertise (joins, CTEs, subqueries).Exposure to treasury modules and financial workflows.Basic understanding of accounting principles.Experience with ETL pipelines / data migration.Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking tools.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.Must be based in Bangalore / Delhi NCR.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience with financial automation tools (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Blackline).Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping.Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.Certifications : PMP, CSM, or equivalent.Skills & Competencies :
Financial processes (reconciliation, AR / AP, reporting), Business Analysis, UAT, SOP :Planning, risk management, KPI tracking, stakeholder Skills :Collaboration, communication, attention to detail, client empathy, conflict resolution.Location : Bangalore / Delhi NCR (Onsite Client Office)
