What You Will Be Doing :

• Manage Recruitment Operations : Oversee scheduling, feedback, and every touchpoint to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Drive Business Hiring : Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all business roles, ensuring we bring in top talent.
• Expand Our Network : Play a key role in building and nurturing a vast network of candidates to meet our growing needs.
• Enhance Processes : Implement changes that continuously improve the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Align Stakeholders : Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, map skills, and deliver on recruitment goals.
