SENIOR FOUNDRY OFFICER - Maintenance

Only Foundry Experience

Min - 5 Years

We are looking for a reliable Senior Maintenance Officer

Who have min 5 years of Foundry Sector Experience or Related to Foundry Experience Like Induction Furnance / Melting / Disha HPML Molding Experience / Sand Plant Experience Etc.

Other Experience not count as Experience because We are a Foundry Unit

to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.

The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Schedule & Organize Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance of Induction Furnace.
• Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance of APC System.
• Maintenance activity of Cooling Tower & Pump House.
• Mechanical / Electrical spares management.
• Planning of Shutdown and Maintenance activity.
• Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance of 30Ton Induction Furnace.
• E.O.T. Cranes.
• Installation & Commissioning.
• Daily Breakdown analysis.
• Series Conveyors, Cooling Tower Maintenance.
• Planning and Scheduled Shutdown & Maintenance.
• Process Enhancement & Cost Reduction.
• Project Management & Execution.
• Resource Deployment & Man Management.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedules / calendar.
• Ensure 100 % vendor statutory compliances.
• Handling the critical situations in case of breakdowns.
• Working on DISA HPML molding line is most welcome.
