Hiring : IT Strategy Consultant | Level 9 | 6-9 Years Experience-

Locations : Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata

Practice Areas : Technology Strategy, Tech Operating Model, Tech M&A, GCC Strategy & Design

What You'll Do :

  • Lead technology-driven reinvention initiatives to help clients expand into new markets and build new capabilities.
  • Redefine IT functions through strategic operating model design, workforce transformation, and GCC strategy.
  • Drive Tech M&A engagements across the full lifecycle : carve-outs, integrations, due diligence, and post-merger transformation.
  • Architect sourcing strategies, location models, and governance frameworks for Global Capability Centers.
  • Build compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Engage in C-level discussions with advanced presentation and communication skills.

What You Bring :

  • 4-7 years in strategy consulting with exposure to Tech Strategy, Operating Models, Shared Services, GCC, or M&A advisory.
  • 3+ years writing quantitative and qualitative business cases.
  • 2+ years leading large teams and structuring analytical workstreams.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, technology trends, and industry frameworks (TOGAF, DODAF preferred).
  • Sector expertise in Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, Automotive, or similar domains.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
