Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong experience in Power BI and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reporting principles , data visualization, and analytics, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured / confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Python and Power BI.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data models.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
