We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in premium acquisition and sales.

Roles and Responsibility :

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire high-value customers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in premium acquisition or sales.

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
