Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English who can inspire students to develop a deep appreciation for language, literature, and communication. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm into the classroom while maintaining strong academic rigor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes (Grades XI–XII).
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing proficiency among students.
• Encourage creative expression through debates, dramatics, and literary activities.
• Evaluate and record students’ progress, providing feedback for improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other faculty members for inter-disciplinary learning initiatives.
• Support students in board exam preparation and language skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills :

✅ B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory)

✅ Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred)

✅ Strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication
