Business Intelligence Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing analytical insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Day-to-day involvement with the development team to review and understand the FSD, write BRD and Testing documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience with Trade or Capital Markets Broker / Dealer Surveillance solutions implementation or development in a cohesive environment.
  • Hands-on experience on using tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM etc.
  • Ability and experience of working in Scrum agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Possess the necessary skillset to quickly learn new technologies and the analytical skills required to drive critical issues to resolution within our team and / or in collaboration with external teams.
  • Effective prioritization skills.
  • Good ability to convey technical information to an audience with various levels of technical knowledge.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
