Azure Data Engineer

Job descriptionGraduation / Post graduation or equivalent. B. Tech / MCA preferred Advanced working SQL knowledge to create complex queries. Experience in working with Time-series Database, relational databases as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases (structured & Unstructured). Experience in designing and implementing scalable architecture. Good experience in doing object-oriented programming in python. Very strong in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and REST APIs. Experience working on Azure Cloud services IaaS, PaaS. Hands on Experience in working on Microsoft Azure Services like ADLS / Blob Storage solutions, Event Hubs, Service Bus, scale sets, Load Balancers, Azure Functions, Databricks. Hands on Experience in working on Kafka. Knowledge on continuous integration / continuous deployment. Experience of data migration and deployment from On-Prem to Cloud environment and vice-versa. Hands on experience on Docker Containers and micro services architecture using Kubernetes. Hand on experience in Golang programming. Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement appropriate courses of action Excellent oral and written English communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Azure Data
- Experience utilizing : Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Machine Learning, SQL Warehouse, Data Bricks), SAP Business Warehouse, Power BI, Business Objects (WEBI, Data Services, Excel Analysis)
- Working with streaming analytic tools like Azure Event Hubs, Mulesoft, and Logic Apps
- Building real-time data pipelines from data lake to warehouses and dashboards
- Workingwith tools like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks
- Architecting Data Hubs for MDM, Machine Learning, and Analytics Applications
- Working with Datahub platforms like MarkLogic or Azure Data Lake (Gen 1 or Gen 2)
- Providing feature pipelines for Machine Learning solutions such as recommendation engines and behavioural modelling
- Working with Azure SQL databases and NoSQL Databases (Azure Cosmos DB)
- Experience integrating MDM services into data hub platforms Experience building microservices for integration of data hubs to applications such as CRM
