Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in R&D and project management in the EV or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of battery controllers, motor controllers, and ECU systems . (Must) Proficiency in CANoe and CANalyzer tools. (Must) Experience with ECU calibration, testing, and validation . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Electrical with a strong background in battery controllers, motors, CAN tools, and ECU development . The candidate will lead R&D projects for new product development in the electric mobility domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects for new product development in electric mobility.
- Oversee battery management systems (BMS) , motor controllers , and related electrical components.
- Work extensively with CANoe and CANalyzer tools for testing and validation.
- Collaborate with the ECU team for design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, testing, and manufacturing.
- Ensure projects meet performance, cost, and delivery targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in EV systems.
