Regional Trainer

Regional Trainer We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performance across centres. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.
• Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.
• Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies. Requirements :
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales / operations context).
• Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement. Experience Required 2-6 Years of experience in Training and Development
