Finance Lead - Fintech Portfolio

Job descriptionAt least 8 to 10 years of experience CA / CPA preferred Someone with Fintech / Financial Services experience is critical Someone with a big 4 background would be advantageous Prior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageous Someone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground up
One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Finance to build and grow the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with external vendors
- Drive strong financial controls and processes for the business
- Manage regional tax reporting
- Manage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationships
- Help the founders with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- Help the founders with financial and investor reporting
