We are looking for a HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including operations, administrative tasks, recruitment, and leveraging strong LinkedIn knowledge to attract top talent. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and make hiring recommendations to management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance-related documentation.
- Utilize strong in- depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance employer branding and talent acquisition.
Requirements
