Ariba Support Consultant

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Ariba Support Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in providing functional and technical support for SAP Ariba modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving user issues, managing configurations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operation of the Ariba procurement system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform system monitoring, issue tracking, and escalation management.
• Support user administration, role management, and system configuration changes.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Work with SAP / Ariba support teams to resolve complex issues or system bugs.
• Assist in testing and deployment of enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Prepare support documentation, FAQs, and user training materials.
• Ensure adherence to change management and compliance standards.
