Job descriptionBuild features end-to-end across our React Native mobile app + Node.Js backend Collaborate with design & product to deliver simple, intuitive experiences for busy parents Shape how our AI assistant interprets, tracks, and recommends care Contribute to architecture, tooling, and infrastructure as we scale Balance MVP speed with long-term quality Work async-first with daily overlap in U.S. Pacific hours (3–4 hrs) 2–5 years building production-grade applications Strong React Native (TypeScript preferred) + frontend instincts Node.Js (Express / Nest.Js), API development experience Bonus : Firebase, Postgres, mobile CI / CD, OpenAI API integrations Full lifecycle thinker : architecture → QA → deployment Clear, proactive communicator in async / remote environments Self-directed and dependable — you move projects forward without constant oversight Mission-driven : Give new parents peace of mind at 2am Early but growing : MVP is live, parents love it, and you’ll help shape the future AI-native : Blend expert-trained guidance + AI to reduce parental stress High ownership : Work directly with founders, influence key decisions, and ship impactful features Real upside : Clear path to full-time with salary, bonus, and equity React Native (Expo) Node.Js (TypeScript), Express Firebase, PostgreSQL Google Cloud, OpenAI APIs Initial Term : 3 months with clear deliverables + collaborative onboarding Path to Full-Time : High performers → full-time offer (salary + bonus + equity) Remote : Open to candidates anywhere in India (3–4 hrs overlap with U.S. Pacific Time required)
