Job description

Our client, a leading real estate developer, is searching for a Planning Manager to oversee a large-scale Mixed-Use Township Development in Georgetown, Guyana.

CTC Offered for this role : 40,000$ (35-38 Lacs INR) + 10-25% bonus on base salary + office level accommodation + etc...

Job Summary

The Planning Manager will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling the master project schedule and ensuring that all project activities align with planned timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The role involves coordinating across design, procurement, construction, and contracts teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Planning Manager acts as a key support to the Project Head, providing real-time data, analytical insights, and proactive alerts to drive timely decision-making in a complex, multi-phase mixed-use township development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Project Management / Construction Management preferred).
  • 8–15 years of experience in project planning , preferably in large-scale real estate / township projects.
  • Strong command of project management software : Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based tracking tools.
  • Experience in multi-phase project scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, design coordination, and contract administration.
