Product & Engineering Lead

Job description3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS environments. Strong understanding of technology and software development lifecycles (Agile / Scrum). Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful products. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Build, enhance, and maintain features for our Al-powered slide creation platform. Develop and optimize frontend Uls with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsive and smooth user experiences. Work on backend services with Node.js + Supabase, handling data management, APIs, and authentication flows. Integrate AI SDKs and APIs (OpenAl, Vercel AI SDK, or similar) into production-ready features. Collaborate with the team to ship user-friendly, performant features quickly. Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel and related cloud infrastructure. Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability across the stack. Strong proficiency with frontend and backend. 3+ years of professional experience building web applications. Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Work closely with UI / UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Monitor product performance through analytics and feedback, iterating to improve outcomes.
- Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and planning.
- Ensure alignment across teams and manage communication related to product status and updates.
