Oracle Fusion Trainer – Finance & Procurement – Remote (India)

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Trainers to support a major enterprise rollout across Finance and Procurement workstreams. This role is hands-on, delivery-focused, and requires strong functional understanding of core business processes within Oracle Fusion.

You will take ownership of delivering remote end-user training, configuring the training environment, and ensuring a smooth adoption experience across stakeholder groups.

Skills & Experience :

  • Strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance & Procurement modules
  • Hands-on exposure to General Ledger, AR, AP, Cash Management, Capital Projects, Purchasing, Suppliers
  • Experience preparing and configuring training environments (user setup, training data, scenarios)
  • Confident in delivering remote training via Teams or similar platforms
  • Prior involvement in Oracle Fusion implementation / rollout programmes
  • Ability to translate complex system processes into clear user guidance
  • Skilled in documentation and training material updates
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills across finance & procurement teams
