Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and campaign activities for the US P&C insurance and technology markets.
  • Execute targeted email marketing, outreach campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progression.
  • Own and update lead database, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot and others) to track, manage, and report sales activity.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline Requirements
  • 2+ years of inside sales / lead generation experience in the B2B space (US Market preferred).
  • Proven expertise in email marketing, campaigns, ABM, and market research.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written (fluent English required).
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
  • Strong ability to own and manage lead databases and pipelines.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced Skills
  • Experience in SaaS, Insurance, or Technology sales.
  • Exposure to working with US-based clients and time zones.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
