Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior React Developer

to join our Application Development team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both our

internal billing system

and our

external client-facing provider portal . The Senior React Developer will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance applications that deliver excellent user experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring

deep expertise in React , proven success working in

Agile software development , and the ability to work independently in designing solutions. Experience as a

full stack developer

with

C# .NET

and

T-SQL

is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Lead the design and development of web applications using

React

for both internal billing systems and client-facing portals.

Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Ensure applications meet performance, usability, accessibility, and security standards.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement modern, intuitive interfaces.

Solution Design & Leadership

Work independently to architect and implement end-to-end solutions.

Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.

Participate in solution design discussions, contributing to architecture and technology decisions.

Agile Development

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Partner with product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features on time and with high quality.

Contribute to story refinement, ensuring acceptance criteria are clear and feasible.

Full Stack Development (Preferred)

Collaborate with backend engineers and contribute to development in

C# .NET

when needed.

Write and optimize

T-SQL queries

for data-driven application features.

Support integration of front-end applications with APIs and backend services.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least

5+ years focused on React .

Strong knowledge of

JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Redux (or similar state management libraries), HTML5, and CSS3 .

Proven ability to design and implement solutions independently.

Hands-on experience with

Agile software development

practices.

Experience with

C# .NET

and

T-SQL

preferred (full stack experience a strong plus).

Experience working in

healthcare or revenue cycle systems

is a plus.
