Job descriptionAnalyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Serve as a central point of contact for resource-related inquiries and requests. Communicate resource allocation decisions, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings with project managers and department heads to review resource allocation and project status. Preferably immediate joiner.
JD Descriptions – PMO Executive (3+Years) / Lead (8+Years)
- Minimum 3+Years of experience in PMO Operations
- The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project allocation and utilization of resources.
- This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Proven experience in PMO operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good in Stakeholder Communication, Analytical Thinking and Strong MS Office experience.
- Resource Allocation and Management, Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.
- Develop and maintain a resource management system to track resource availability, skills, and utilization.
- Allocate resources based on project priorities, skill sets, and availability to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Experience with CRM Tool and Reporting and Analytics
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into resource utilization, project
performance, and key metrics.
