Open Positions : Design Lead

Lead a team of designers and drive the creative direction for brands across digital, print, and motion.

Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns.

Ensure design consistency and high-quality output across projects.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating the design culture at Schbang.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma .

Passion for storytelling through visuals.

A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.

For Design Lead : Prior experience managing creative teams and handling client communication.

Preferred Education Background

Candidates from top design schools such as NIFT, SkillTech, Somaiya, ISDI, Pearl Academy, or TDV are preferred.
