KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Manage business of Secured MSME originations through Co-lending and BC partnerships, pan India.
Explore and source secured lending partnerships : NBFCs and other platform lenders.
Relationship and process management with the partners, for such origination; Tech integrations.
Credit process integration with the partners.
Set up lending limits for the partners.
Ownership of business momentum, profitability and portfolio quality.
Overmanage X sell and up-sell of MSME secured loans; on internal and partner customer bases. Provide leadership (and grow) to the Salesforce CRM enabled X-sell channel, it presently has 1+6 members in Bangalore.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
MBA (Finance) with 12-15 years’ experience
Sales, credit experience with a large NBFC / Bank
Should have overmanaged extending line of credit to MSMEs / FI; Willingness to work on mid-size credit proposals
Knowledge of mortgage loans / processes
Should have managed mid-size sales channel / team
Should be comfortable with financial analysis of corporates (Not at an expert level)
Good at written and verbal communication
