🚀 We’re Hiring : Generative AI Architect / LLM Specialist | Remote | 8+ Years Experience | Immediate Joiner

📍 Location : Remote (India)

🕒 Type : Full-time

⚡ Start : Immediate joiner (Notice period ≤ 15 days)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with proven experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models using the Databricks AI platform . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning , distributed data processing , and be a true champion of the Databricks ecosystem .

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy LLM-based applications using RAG , vector databases , and embedding models .
  • Apply prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot) and fine-tuning for domain-specific AI solutions.
  • Build multi-stage reasoning chains, autonomous agents , and agentic AI frameworks using LangChain .
  • Work with MLflow, Unity Catalog, Model Serving, Mosaic AI , and Lakehouse Monitoring for production-grade solutions.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices , including governance, evaluation, and lifecycle monitoring.

💡 Required Experience

  • 8+ years total experience , including 3+ years in AI / ML (GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, Delta Lake, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of large language model architectures , prompt engineering , and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) .
  • Hands-on experience with Mosaic AI , MLflow , Unity Catalog , Lakehouse Monitoring , Delta Lake , Agent Evals , and Databricks Asset Bundle (DAB) .
  • Proven ability to build and deploy context-aware Generative AI applications end-to-end.
