About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate billing, accounts receivable management, and financial record-keeping. This role requires precision, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while coordinating closely with project managers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate customer invoices and maintain up-to-date customer Purchase Order (PO) trackers.
• Manage project-wise revenue recognition and monitor POs to ensure timely billing.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to reconcile project billing and revenue.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to deadlines for billing and receivable activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and customer information.
• Perform general accounts receivable activities, including collections follow-up, dispute resolution, and reporting.
