Job Description
AI Design & Prompt Engineering
- Architect GPT-4 flows using OpenAI API to support franchise lead generation and operational support
- Develop prompt libraries, fallback logic, and multi-turn interaction templates tailored to each user persona
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s Responsible AI framework
System Integration & Automation
Configure webhooks, CRM pipelines, and automation sequences via Zapier, Make, or Microsoft AI connectorsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure PLAI® outputs integrate with lead dashboards, support systems, and marketing toolsEnable hand-offs between AI workflows and human intervention when requiredKnowledge Structuring & Content Enablement
Tag and convert SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and FAQs into AI-readable formatsCreate structured documents for contextual LLM retrieval based on role, geography, and business contextConfigure response logic based on user type (prospect, franchisee, support, admin)LLM Ops & Model Lifecycle Management
Establish operational standards for AI behavior monitoring, issue logging, and iterative improvementImplement versioning, performance tracking, and usage audits of prompt flowsBuild logging and feedback loops to capture edge cases, misfires, and retraining signalsWork with stakeholders to define escalation paths for unsupported intents or failed conversationsDeliver tooling and documentation for post-deployment monitoring and maintenanceDocumentation & Internal Handover
Deliver annotated prompts, prompt flow diagrams, logic maps, and system integration guidesTrain internal users on how PLAI® works, what can be edited, and how to expand future modulesEnsure a clean, well-documented sandbox for future scale-up phasesRequirements
Demonstrated experience with OpenAI GPT-4 API and enterprise-grade prompt engineering
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft AI, Azure AI tools, and integration with business systemsHands-on expertise in workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)Experience with LLM Ops, including prompt versioning, monitoring, logging, and real-time refinementFamiliarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and their data structurePrior exposure to franchise or retail operations is preferredAbility to document and transfer complex AI logic to technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly independent, fast-moving, and comfortable working on contract termsBenefits
