Project Manager (Bangalore _ Hybrid work mode).

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management best practices.

You will work cross-functionally with product management, UX design, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions on time and within scope.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Plan, lead and manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.

Communicate realistic delivery timelines to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Abilities :

Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and SDLC frameworks.
