We’re hiring a strategic, hands-on Sales Leader to join a venture-backed, high-growth start-up poised to scale rapidly across new markets.As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll own the end-to-end sales function—from personally meeting clients, opening doors, closing high-value enterprise deals to shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Role Description
- Build and execute a scalable revenue model, working closely with the cross-functional leaders.
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through to close, securing strategic enterprise customers.
- Optimise pricing, identify upsell opportunities, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Build and maintain a predictable pipeline with accurate forecasting and sales process discipline.
- Shape expansion by uncovering customer needs, translating market insights into actionable input for product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent Realytics at industry events, conferences and client meetings, positioning the company as a thought leader in the competitive intelligence space for consumer businesses.
To be successful in this role, you will bring :
10+ years in enterprise sales with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to retailers and consumer brands.Experience building and leading sales in early-stage or scaling companies.Strong commercial instincts and a track record of hitting ambitious revenue targets.Ability to understand and communicate complex business needs, propose corresponding technology-based solutions and influence C-level buyers.Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude.Energy, impeccable integrity and personable demeanorComfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships.Why you might stand out :
