UKG Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Title : UKG Techno-Functional Consultant (Remote, Part-Time)

Location : Remote | Hours : 3–4 hours / day PST | Experience : 8+ years

Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned UKG Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional HR / payroll processes and technical configuration / customization within UKG Pro (UltiPro) or Dimensions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless HRIS operations.

Key Technical Skills :

• Deep experience with UKG Pro / UltiPro or UKG Dimensions (configuration, integration, and reporting)
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management modules
• Proficiency in BI Reporting / Cognos Analytics and SQL for custom report development
• Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services, and Integrations between UKG and third-party systems
• Knowledge of Workflow design, Business Process Configuration, and Data Mapping
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Compliance processes from a functional perspective
